The level of privacy for coworking spaces may vary. Generally speaking, desks are in close enough proximity so that you are able to interact with others around you. People in coworking spaces value the social aspect of the space, along with cost savings and shared resources.
However, there's a board room that everyone can use for more private meetings or longer phone calls.
